Pouring into Gold Leaf`s special gold bars. Our experienced staff member pours liquefied components into a gold bar mold for processing.
Rolling of gold - special steamrollers press and stretch the gold bar into ribbons for further processing.
Regularity control - one of our experts controls the regularity and compactness of the gold ribbon.
Filling in gold ribbons for gold leaf purposes - small sections of the ribbon are filled in between special produced papers for Gold leaf and Silver leaf.
Beating of gold sections - special constructed machines are transforming sections of gold by hammering.
Sorting the Gold Leaf - our experts use their well-trained eyes to sort very thin specially produced Gold Leaf.
Cutting Gold Treatment leaves - with great dexterity, our long-standing experts manipulate the Gold Leaf into easy-to-handle sizes.
Tailoring of Gold and Silver Leaf in special fine papers.
